1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scoreline Lab website at scorelinelab.co.uk and any related services, content, data, and subscription features (together, the "Service").
1.2 The Service is operated by Scoreline Lab ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. Contact: slowextensionking@gmail.com.
1.3 By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Version" date above. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email or by a notice on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm you are 18 or over.
2.2 You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3.1 Scoreline Lab provides algorithmic football match-outcome predictions, probabilities, ratings, and football statistics for information and entertainment purposes only.
3.2 The predictions and statistics are generated by automated models using historical and publicly available data. They are estimates and opinions, not statements of fact and not advice.
3.3 The Service does NOT: (a) accept, place, broker, or settle bets or wagers; (b) hold, receive, or handle stakes or funds for betting; (c) pay out winnings; (d) operate as a bookmaker, betting exchange, or betting intermediary; (e) provide betting tips for the purpose of placing bets, financial advice, or investment advice.
3.4 Nothing on the Service is an inducement, invitation, or recommendation to bet, gamble, or stake money. Any decision you make after viewing our content is your own decision and your own responsibility. See our Disclaimer and Responsible Gambling and Fair Use Notice.
3.5 Scoreline Lab is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bookmaker, betting operator, Sky, Super6, or any league, club, or governing body.
4.1 Some content is free. Access to more detailed predictions, data, and features requires a paid subscription ("Subscription").
4.2 The Subscription price is GBP 4.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed at the point of purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change Subscription prices and will give reasonable advance notice by email before a price change applies to your next renewal.
4.3 Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method the recurring Subscription fee on each renewal date.
5.1 Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates ("Stripe"). We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
5.2 You must provide a valid payment method and authorise the recurring charge. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your access to paid features, or cancel your Subscription.
5.3 All amounts are payable in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
6.1 You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing slowextensionking@gmail.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
6.2 Statutory 14-day cancellation right (cooling-off). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.3 Digital content and immediate access. Our paid predictions and data are digital content supplied to you immediately on subscription. When you subscribe, you will be asked to expressly request that we begin supplying this digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, and to acknowledge that by doing so you lose your statutory right to cancel once supply has begun. If you give that consent and we begin supply, your 14-day cancellation right ends. If you do not give that consent, supply may be delayed until the cancellation period ends.
6.4 Where the 14-day right still applies and you cancel within it, we will refund the amount you paid within 14 days of being told of your decision, using the same payment method, subject to clause 6.3.
6.5 Outside the cooling-off period, Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where you have a right to a refund or other remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law (for example, if the digital content is faulty or not as described). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
7.1 You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7.2 You must not: (a) copy, scrape, harvest, resell, redistribute, or republish our predictions, data, or content, in whole or in part, including for any competing or commercial service; (b) share your account, login, or paid content with anyone else; (c) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or extract data from the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with operation, or circumvent any access controls or paywall; (e) use the Service in connection with any unlawful activity, or in any way that suggests Scoreline Lab provides betting, gambling, or financial services.
7.3 We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse.
8.1 All content on the Service, including the Scoreline Lab name, logo, models, algorithms, predictions, ratings, data compilations, text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Scoreline Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content for your own personal use while your account is active. All other rights are reserved.
8.3 Team names, league names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
9.1 We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, content, or the whole Service at any time.
9.2 We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily limit access. We are not liable for unavailability outside our reasonable control.
10.1 The Service and all predictions, probabilities, ratings, statistics, and data are provided "as is" and "as available" for information and entertainment only.
10.2 We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any prediction will be accurate or that any outcome will occur. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance of our models is not a reliable indicator of future results.
10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties relating to the Service, except for any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, Scoreline Lab will not be liable to you for any: (a) loss arising from your reliance on any prediction, statistic, or content; (b) betting, gambling, trading, or financial loss of any kind; (c) loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss.
11.3 Subject to clause 11.1, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total Subscription fees you paid to us during that period.
11.4 You acknowledge that the Subscription price reflects the fact that the Service is for information and entertainment only and carries the limitations and exclusions set out in these Terms.
12.1 You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Cancellation of billing is dealt with in clause 6.
12.2 We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we cease to provide the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13.1 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. 13.2 Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. 13.3 You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations and will tell you if we do. 13.4 These Terms do not create any third-party rights.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, as provided by law.
