1.2 Scoreline Lab is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom and is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
(a) Account data: your email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and account settings. (b) Subscription and billing data: subscription status, plan, billing history, and limited payment details held by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers). (c) Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar analytics data. (d) Communications: messages you send us, for example support requests. (e) Cookie and technical data: information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
(a) To create and manage your account, provide the Service, and deliver paid features. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
(b) To take payment and manage your Subscription, including renewals and refunds. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
(c) To keep records required for tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
(d) To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, debug, and improve our predictions, data, and features. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
(e) To send service and transactional emails (billing confirmations, renewal reminders, important changes). Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or legitimate interests.
(f) To send marketing emails where you have opted in, and to set non-essential cookies. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
(a) Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) provides our database, authentication, and account hosting. It stores your account data and related records.
(b) Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates) processes Subscription payments. Stripe receives the payment information needed to take payment and acts as a separate controller for some of that processing under its own privacy policy.
We may also use hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. Where any provider is located outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or adequacy regulations) to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
5.1 We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Service work, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and (with your consent) measure usage.
5.2 Essential cookies are required for the Service to function and do not need consent. Non-essential cookies, including analytics, are only set where you have given consent.

7.1 We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. 7.2 Account and usage data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to handle queries and disputes. 7.3 Billing, transaction, and tax records are kept for at least 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. 7.4 When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: (a) be informed; (b) access a copy of your data; (c) have inaccurate data corrected; (d) have your data erased in certain circumstances; (e) restrict or object to certain processing; (f) data portability where applicable; (g) withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent; (h) opt out of marketing at any time.
