You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing us (button below). Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We send a reminder before a renewal so a charge is never a surprise, in line with UK subscription rules (including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 as its subscription provisions come into force, which expect clear pre-contract information, renewal reminders, and an easy way to exit).
If a renewal payment fails, we do not cut you off immediately. We retry over a short grace period of a few days and email you, and your Pro access continues during that window. If payment still cannot be taken, the account moves to the free tier rather than being closed, so you never lose your data.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
